Terms of service

Below you will find my terms of service.
If you wish to commission me or purchase a character from me, please be sure to read thoroughly!

Commission TOS:

By commissioning me you agree to all of the following rules.
If you are not comfortable with one or more of these rules please do not follow through with commissioning me.

  • 1. When commissioning me please state what exactly you are looking for! (The type of commission, and references to your character(s).)

  • 2. I will provide you with a watermarked sketch of your commission! Any edits you want me to make I will gladly do! Once you have confirmed that you are okay with the sketch I will then ask for payment.

  • 3. Only minor changes may be made after the piece has been fully lined.

  • 4. Once payment has been completed your piece(s) may take anywhere from 1 day to 1 month to complete - please be patient.

  • 5. You may use the finished piece(s) where-ever you like but please be sure to credit me where possible! Under no circumstances can you remove my watermark.

  • 6. I do not provide refunds unless there is an error on my end or I am unable to complete your commission for whatever reason. I will also provide a refund if your wait time exceeds the time period stated above (4.)

  • 7. I hold the right to decline your commission for whatever reason.

Customs/Character/Adopt TOS:

By purchasing a custom or Character from me you agree to the following terms.

  • 1. All non-money offers must be processed within 2 weeks or the character will be re-opened (extensions are available if requested.)

  • 2. All money or DA Point payments must be made within 24 hours.

  • 3. There is a 24 hour cool-down period before you can re-sell my designs/characters.

  • 4. Under no circumstances can you re-sell my designs/characters for more than they were purchased for unless additional art is added.

  • 5. Upon the first use of the character/design please credit me, after the first Credit, there is no need to do so in the future.

  • 6. Feel free to alter/edit the character/design however you like!

What happens if I break the TOS?:

Depending on the severity of the TOS break, you may be met with a warning or you may become black-listed from purchasing from me in the future or owning my designs. This means you will no longer be able to own or trade my designs nor may you purchase a commission from me.
